Where Dreams Begin
The Indian River State College Promise Program provides tuition-free AA and AS degrees for qualified local graduates through donor-funded last-dollar scholarships. Last year, Promise helped more than 4,600 students pursue their college dreams. Your generosity is building a stronger workforce and brighter future for our community.
More Than a Scholarship
The Promise Program is more than financial support—it is a commitment to opportunity. It tells students that college is within reach and gives them the confidence to take that next step. By removing tuition as a barrier, Promise opens the door for students to learn, grow, earn a degree, and build a brighter future for themselves, their families, and our community.

An Investment
That Multiplies
Supporting student scholarships creates an impact that reaches far beyond the classroom. For every $1 invested in scholarships, approximately $6 is returned to our local economy through higher earnings, increased workforce participation, and stronger communities. When you invest in students, you’re investing in the long-term prosperity of our entire region.
The Sustainer
$7/Month
If everyone gave just $7 a month—less than the cost of a specialty coffee—we could help fund the Promise Program for generations. Your monthly gift builds lasting support that keeps tuition-free college within reach for local students.
Sponsor a Year
$1,250
Help cover one year of Promise for a local student. Your gift removes the financial barrier of tuition, allowing them to focus on learning, growing, and building their future.
The Full Degree
$2,500
Change a student’s trajectory from start to finish. By funding a two-year Promise scholarship, you help launch graduates into the workforce prepared to succeed and make a lasting impact in our community.
