Christa Luna, Chair of the Indian River State College District Board of Trustees, and Bert Culbreth, member of the Indian River State College Foundation Board of Directors, leaders within the Gilbert’s Family of Companies, exemplify this commitment. Along with their family, they recently announced a $100,000 donation to the IRSC Foundation’s Promise Program—further strengthening their long-standing tradition of giving. This latest contribution will help expand tuition-free college opportunities for local high school graduates in Okeechobee County, removing financial barriers and opening doors to higher education.
